The process begins from the daily receipt of your customer orders which will be either automated direct from your web shopping cart, or through the secure upload of a .CSV file.

Stock picking lists, shipping labels and dispatch notes are then printed and the necessary stock is pulled from storage and matched to each customer order. Your orders are then carefully packed using the specific packing guidelines pre-agree with you, which are fully documented.

Packaging of any nature can be supplied by us to suit you, including sustainable options, or we are happy to work with your own bespoke packaging should you require.

We can also add any marketing materials to the package at this stage where required.

Once packed and made ready for shipping, orders are collected by our courier partners and marked as ‘shipped’ in our CRM system. We aim to pick, pack and dispatch all orders we receive each morning the same day and offer a later cut off time for more time sensitive orders (subject to volume).

In addition to single item pick & pack we can also manage multi-item picks, or ‘kitting‘, the pre building of product bundles, gift pack and the like. Bespoke packing such as the wrapping of individual items in protective packaging, or tissue and building gift boxes is also something we’re happy to do for a lot of customers.
